Refund & Return Policy for NoCo Boho, LLC

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

All NoCo Boho, LLC items are handmade with care and often made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, whether shipped or delivered locally, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nocoboho.com. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Local Delivery Orders

For items delivered locally (Fort Collins/Wellington area), please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If damage is noticed right away, let us know and we will make it right on the spot or arrange a replacement. Issues reported after delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement, so we encourage customers to check their order at handoff.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped, been scheduled for delivery, or entered production.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strive to resolve all issues directly with our customers. Please contact us before filing a chargeback, as this helps us keep costs down and continue offering handmade products at fair prices.
